Kids Yellow Thai Veggie Curry
Children and adults alike love our delicious curry. Exotic flavours of sweet lemongrass, ginger and coconut are simmered with roasted cauliflower, squash and peas. Serve with rice or noodles.

Each kids meal serves two young children or one older child, depending on age and appetite.
Ingredients: Cauliflower (30%), Squash (22%), Peas (16%), Courgette (12%), Creamed Coconut (8%), Shallots (3%), Ginger (2%), Garlic (2%), Lime Juice (1%), Ground Turmeric, Coconut Oil, Lemongrass, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Salt, Chilli Powder. Cooking Instructions: Cook from Frozen.
MICROWAVE (4 mins) - Remove sleeve and pierce film. microwave on full power 850w for 3 mins, remove film and stir, then heat for a further minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.
OVEN COOK (25-30 mins) - Preheat oven to Fan 180°C / electric 200°C / gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 mins or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving. Guidelines only. All appliances may vary.
