Our Sustainable Suppliers

The quality of our ingredients is extremely important to us. From our fresh vegetables, to our range of legumes, herbs, spices and dried fruit.

High quality vegetables

We use Houghtons of London who source the highest quality vegetables from New Covent Garden Market. They provide us with a wonderful array of vibrant fruit and veggies from butternut squash to plump red peppers and juicy lemons, through to exotic lemongrass and zingy fresh ginger. We use chopped tomatoes, passata and tomato puree made with naturally ripened tomatoes from selected Italian farms.

Sustainable coconut milk & jackfruit

We source our creamy high quality coconut milk, which forms the base of our curries, and tropical jackfruit (a fruit that gives a 'meaty' texture once cooked) for our chilli from Biona, a family run business with 35 years experience and an unwavering commitment to ethically and sustainably sourced food.

Loveable Legumes

We think beans are brilliant and champion the humble legume - packed full of protein and fibre - we use red kidney beans, cannellini beans, green lentils, red split lentils and chickpeas in our range of meals. We've carefully selected these from Mr Organic, who work with nature in a sustainable way to protect biodiversity.

Exotic spices & delicious dried fruit

We include a range of quality spices in our meals to excite little taste buds and to help create adventurous palates. Whilst our sundried tomatoes and dried apricots are naturally dried and ripened which means they contain no preservatives like sulphates but contain lots of flavour and natural sweetness.

British-grown oats

We’re proud of using the purest British grown and milled oats from family-run Glebe Farm. Porridge oats add texture to our veggie meatballs while their oat 'drink' contains only 4 natural ingredients, which adds a rich creaminess to our velvety smooth squash sauce.

Cold-pressed olive & coconut oil

We love the flavour and health credentials of cold-pressed, extra-virgin olive oil, which we use in the majority of our meals. In our curries we opt instead for virgin raw coconut oil, as it partners well with the fragrant spice and creamy coconut sauce.
