Each family meal (500g) serves two adults or one adult and two kids.
Each kids meal (200g) serves two young children (under 5) or one older child, depending on their appetite.
All meals do need to be served with a carbohydrate on the side like pasta, rice, couscous, baked potato, oven baked fries, mash, tortillas, the list goes on! We’ve given serving suggestions on the product pages and on the packaging to make choosing easier.
