Kids Sweet Potato & Bean Chilli

Mild veggie chilli with the wow factor! Sweet potato, red pepper and sweetcorn meets kidney beans in a moreish, ever so slightly spicy tomato sauce. Serve with rice or tortillas.

Ingredients: Tomato (25%) (chopped peeled tomatoes, tomato juice), Red peppers (11%), Red kidney beans (11%), Cannellini beans (11%), Sweet potato (11%), Onions (9%), Tomato puree (8%) (tomatoes), Water, Sweetcorn (5%), Extra virgin olive oil (2%), Smoked paprika, garlic puree, salt, cumin, oregano, coriander, cinnamon, black pepper. Please note - the recipe has been updated recently, so please refer to the actual sleeve.


Nutritional Information:Typical values per 100g. Energy Kj 346, Energy Kcal 83, Fat 2.6g (of which saturates) 0.5g, Carbohydrates 9.4g (of which sugars) 3.9g, Fibre 4.4g, Protein 3.3g, Salt 0.28g


Cooking Instructions: Cook from Frozen.
MICROWAVE (4 mins)- Remove sleeve and pierce film. microwave on full power 850w for 3 mins, remove film and stir, then heat for a further minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.
OVEN COOK (25-30 mins) - Preheat oven to Fan 180°C / electric 200°C / gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 mins or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving. Guidelines only. All appliances may vary.
