MICROWAVE ONE MEAL (450G) FROM FROZEN: Remove all packaging, including tray, and place into a microwavable dish. Microwave on full power (900W) for 6 mins, stir, then cook for 2 mins, or until piping hot.
OVEN-COOK BOTH MEALS (900G) FROM FROZEN: Preheat the oven to 190C /170C fan. Remove all packaging, including trays, and place into an ovenproof dish. Cook with a lid on for 30 mins. Stir, remove the lid and cook for 15 mins, or until piping hot.
